so hard to believe that this time last year, we were excited to be leaving the NICU to go "home" (Wesley's parents' home). What a dramatic day of tornado warnings, Hannah Kate being unhooked from the monitors, and us taking a BABY HOME with us! (scroll to the bottom of the page to see updates from a year ago today)
