July Pictures 1

I saw this dress on Facebook (the page is Dibble Dabble Dandy) and bought it on impulse.  I don't like to pay much for Hannah Kate's clothes, but this was too cute to pass up (and I only paid $25 for it).  Hannah Kate LOVES it! She wore it to Ma Coley's visitation and it was quite a hit.  The whole time I was packing, she kept going over to the dress and saying, "tractor! tractor!"
BIG t-shirt! :)
On Sunday, July 1st, we celebrated the 4th of July with some friends.  After evening services, we went to KFC to eat-it was HOT in there (and outside).  Hannah Kate kept saying, "hot hot." Her little cheeks turned so red and she just kind of wilted.  After we ate, we sat in the parking lot and let the air blow on her face in the car for a little while until she perked back up.
We went to Brittany & Tommy's for fireworks.  Mollie was excited-see :)

Hannah Kate tolerated the fireworks.  She cried the first few times and after that she just flinched and squinted each time.
Her hair curls right up when she gets hot! This was after we got home.
The REAL 4th of July
On July 5th, Mollie came to hang out with us while Jana and Maggie went to a dentist appointment.
Hannah Kate was SO excited to Mollie when she woke up.  They did really well together.  Mollie is a FAST crawler! Whew! I was a little nervous, but we survived.
Hannah Kate probably took Mollie's teether to her about 7000 times.  She would give it to Mollie and say, "tank ou tank ou." This was after she would hold it up to her mouth and say, "yuck yuck." (because I told her not to put it in her mouth)
Hannah Kate enjoyed pushing Mollie in the walker she brought over.  This went just fine until Mollie rolled over Hannah Kate's toes.  Oops! She was okay though.

One day, she was ALL about having the zebra purse on her arm. Every single time it came off, she would carry it over to me and say, "pwease pwease," so I would put it back on her arm.  This happened only about 100000 times :)
She was really into reading this "pook"-THINK magazine.  The page she is on here is our friend Kristy's article.
And finally, this week we've been working on using a fork.  She says, "hep" (help) for us to get the food on the fork and then when the food is right about here, she says, "Yay!" and takes a bite.
Fun times.
