Hannah Kate has an eye appointment this morning. Fun times. Not so much. We are waiting on her eyes to dilate then I get to hold her down so the dr can look at her eyes. I know you're jealous. Try not to be!
Yuck! I hated those eye appointments...is it an ROP check or a different kind? I do NOT miss those, they were my least favorite. I would always leave the NICU when the Dr came in to do his ROP checks because Cohen would scream and scream...hope it went well!
Thankfully, she was cleared for ROP around 38 weeks, I think. This was a regular check up that they recommended at 9-12 months adjusted age....it still was no fun because I had to hold her down so he could look in her eyes-she wasn't happy about that! It was nothing compared to the ROP visits though!
