We wanted to take Hannah Kate to the pumpkin patch because it's one of my favorite things to do. Wesley's work schedule and our at home schedule didn't allow that activity this year.....so we made our own pumpkin patch in the pasture! We had a church youth hayride and cookout here, so it was the perfect opportunity for Hannah Kate to wear her adorable pumpkin shirt and have pictures made with pumpkins. These were taken on October 22, 2011.
This was Hannah Kate's second hayride. The first was when Wesley drove us on the wagon from the barn to the campsite. :) This was her first LONG hayride. You can tell how interested she was....she fell asleep.
The sun started to go down and it got cold, so we switched head accessories (of course).
Fun times with our sweet, girl! Next year, maybe we can go to the real pumpkin patch!
We were waiting on everyone to arrive, and she sat here with the pumpkins for about 30 minutes. She was a happy girl. Pumpkins are very interesting, you know!
